0000008 Pearson Electric Starter for BSA Pre-Unit Singles /Gold Star

This kit Made in the UK is for BSA Pre-Unit swing arm frame singles. B31 B32 B33 B34  DBD 32  DBD34 Gold Stars.  Things to remember when checking compatibility, our kit is designed to work with the 2 Lobe Engine Sprocket and not the 4 Lobe, also the enclosed type alloy primary case. We supply the kit with the Oil Seal Sliding plate to prevent oil loss from behind the clutch. 

The kit is required to run on 12 volts . We can supply a new 12volt charging system to replace your original generator / regulator and the proper 12V battery required , sold separately  please call or e-mail for details.

Please note!!!  The inner primary chain case needs to have the holes machined in it to mount the starter jack shaft.  You can machine it yourself or send us your cover and we can provide the service for an additional fee . The Mainshaft sliding plate with seal also requires the scroll on the back of the clutch hub to be machined off the fit the seal on the shaft.
